FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
PLACE, CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
To place, change or cancel an order, email email@example.com and include your order number.
If you want to change an order, you must contact us as soon as possible after you place your order. In some circumstances it may not be possible to change your order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You should receive your order within 3-5 working days of delivery.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 days of receiving them. Please note that during busy times this may take longer.
We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over 599kr within Sweden for all purchases from our store. Your purchases will be sent via Postnord, Budbee or DHL and will arrive within 3-5 working days.
RETURNS AND REPURCHASES
RETURN AN ITEM
It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s) by packaging the products adequately and using a reputable delivery service. The return must be trackable with DHL, Postnord or Fedex recommended. We take no responsibility for packages that happen to be lost. Before you make a return, you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number and which goods you want to return.
The cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility unless it has been received in damaged condition (in these cases you will be reimbursed for postage).
Please note that we will not be able to accept returned goods if it is determined that they have been used. In such circumstances no refund will be offered.
If you have received a damaged item, email email@example.com. We will arrange a return or exchange for you. You must then return the damaged goods within 7 days (with the original packaging) and clearly state the problem with the order.
You have the right to return your goods within 14 days of placing your order for a refund (provided they are in a re-saleable condition). We will not refund items if it is determined that they have been used.
