Refund policy

RETURN
1. Contact us via info@lashface.se.
2. Wait for return instructions.
3. Pack the item carefully – you are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.
4. Send the package using any carrier. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.


We do not process exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, place a new order in the webshop.

Once the return is received and approved, we will refund your order within a few days. Paid via invoice through Klarna? You will receive an updated invoice. We reserve the right to deduct a handling fee of 150 SEK and an administrative return fee of 89 SEK from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs. Note: Unclaimed packages are treated as returns and will be charged the fee to cover shipping and handling costs.


COMPLAINTS / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We always do our best to send all items in perfect condition. If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us via info@lashface.se. We will arrange a return or exchange for you. You must then return the damaged items within 7 days (with the original packaging).

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the defect

  • Short description of the issue

For visible shipping damage, report it immediately at the delivery location. For hidden damage (not visible from outside), contact us the same day you receive the package.

Note: Do not return a complaint without contacting us first. If an item is returned without our approval, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Once the complaint is approved, we will refund the product value, which will appear in your account within a few days. Paid via invoice through Klarna? You will receive an updated invoice. If the item is found to be intact or the issue is due to handling, a 100 SEK inspection fee per item plus return shipping will be charged.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a private individual, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days according to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. The withdrawal period begins the day you receive your order. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

For a return to be approved, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in unopened original packaging with all seals intact

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

Products that have been opened or whose seals have been broken cannot be returned. Unclaimed packages and our courses are not eligible for withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses.

You must contact us first before returning: info@lashface.se. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. Returns sent without contact may be rejected if the withdrawal period has expired when the package arrives at our warehouse.

Fill in the form that came with your items and include it in the package along with the products you want to return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and choose your own carrier. Return shipping is not reimbursed.

It is also your responsibility to pack the package properly so that the items survive transport back to us. Items damaged during transport or that do not reach our warehouse will not be refunded. Any complaints regarding transport must be handled with the carrier.

We unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you want to swap for another product, you must place a new order in our webshop.
